Get your access card from our customer service and start training! With a valid access card gym is open every day between 5am and 12pm. Single visits without valid access card only during customer service hours.

An access card is needed to most of the gym card products. First access card is free. The following ones (eg. in place of a lost one) is 10€/card. An access card is reusable and not refundable. Get your access card from FitFactory customer service. See customer service hours below.

***) Minimum 12 months. Students minimum 5 months. Continues automatically after minimum time. One-month notice period after minimum time.

One-month notice time = From the notification until the end of the following calendar month.
